Submission Requirements

  • If your paper has been accepted to the main conference (oral, poster, findings, TACL/CL), you are required to submit a pre-recorded video presentation, a poster PDF (if your paper is a poster) and presentation slides (if your paper is an oral)
  • In case you should switch from in-person oral presentation to virtual presentation, please note that submitting a poster PDF is optional but highly recommended.
  • All papers presented virtually need to follow the same requirements as posters as described in slide 3.
  • If you are presenting a demo, a student research workshop paper or industry track paper, please see the requirements on slide 3
  • All pre-recorded presentations, posters and slides must be uploaded to Underline by March 30, 2025 through a Speaker Form detailed on slide 4.

Poster presenters

Posters should be A0 size (33.1 x 46.8 inches) in portrait orientation.

We are happy to offer poster printing services with Convention Services of the Southwest Inc (CSS). Fill out the order form and email it to esr@cssabq.com by Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Once CSS has your form in the system, they will send you a quick pay link for payment. You will be required to create a profile to log into the payment portal. You will have the option to either email them a graphic file or log into the portal and upload any graphics to your order.
